The domain www.mityc.es is owned by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.

The website and all the domains and directories included in it (hereinafter called the Portal) have the purpose of providing general information and support to citizens within the terms established in article 4 of Royal Decree 208/1996, dated 9 February, which regulates administrative information and support services to citizens.

The Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade is not responsible for the responses made from the various electronic mail addresses that appear on the Portal, except from those of the Ministry itself. Therefore, such answers can never be quoted in any associated legal actions, as stated under the terms of the previously mentioned article 4 of Royal Decree 208/1996.

The online submission service provided through the electronic Registry of this Portal complies with current legislation and, therefore, documents submitted through this medium have the same legal validity as if there were presented by any other medium specified in Law 30/1992, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure.

In order for information published on the Portal to remain current, contents may be modified, corrected, eliminated or added to at any moment. Therefore it is essential to check the currency and correctness of such information by reference to official sources.

The Portal design, its source code, logos, trademarks and other distinctive signs belong to the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade and dependent organisations and are protected by intellectual property rights.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade undertakes to fulfil its obligation to keep secret any personal data that may be requested through this website's services and to maintain confidentiality.
